Avoid Prague Airport

I said it before and I will say it again: the process that has been going on at Prague Airport and the concession stands and fast food places can not be called business. It’s pure extortion.

Where in the world have you ever paid over 3 euros for a .3L bottle of pure water? If you don’t have this experience yet, you gotta come to the Czech Republic via PRG.

I am going to the Canary Islands on Friday and due to bad timing I will be forced to spend approximately three hours there. And I am bringing my own drinks and homemade baguette(s).

Numerous travel guides on the Czech Republic warn foreign tourists that there are many cab drivers whose favorite activity is ripping people off by overcharging on the rides from the aiport to downtown Prague. I am surprised none of these travel guide books mention the aiport prices.
