In Politics on December 16, 2007 by Petr Bokuvka

This must be either a coincidence or plagiarism.

Czech President Vaclav Klaus, Speech at the Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe Foundation Annual Lecture Series:

It is a real pleasure for me to be here and to get the opportunity to address this important gathering, both as a person who cares about the development of this part of the world and as President of the Czech Republic….

U.S. President George Bush, during a speech he had in New Albany, Indiana, USA (!!!!):

This is a fantastic hall. It is really special. I know you all are proud of it. I appreciate the great history of this part of the world.

Apparently, Dubya has been doing it for years, especially when he tours his own country.
