It has been exactly one month since my Travel Service flight QS303 from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria to Prague when my suitcase was vandalized. There has been apparent “attempted burglary” :)) but nothing disappeared from the luggage. Only the lock has disappeared and the stuff had been rummaged through.
I filed a complaint. Pursuant to consumer laws, the addressee of the complaint has 30 days to deal with it.
In a normal world you would use the services of competition the next time.
Unfortunately, the low-cost airline industry is very small here. And the travel agency that I like and use often uses the services of this low-cost. Exclusively…
